My Daxton has been dying to see Titanic ever since he checked out a book about the Titanic from the library at school. While we've been at Grandma's house he's been determined to watch it. Today we turned it on and fast forwarded through the "inappropriate" parts. He mostly wanted to watch the ship go down anyway. As the last part of the ship is about to go down he says, "if I could, I would use my heart for all those people."
It makes a mama proud to hear compassion in her son... even if he doesn't know quite how to express it.
