Today we celebrated Jersey's short life and earning her Angel wings. If she were given the opportunity to live on earth for longer than a month and a half, Jersey would turn one this week. Jersey's mom, Heidi, asked me to make a cake for the big party she was having. I am honored to have been asked, and proud of the outcome. For Jersey, this cake had to be sparkly and fabulous. Mission Accomplished.
